Homeownership opens a new chapter in Alex's life
For years, Alex moved every six months in the cycle of unstable housing, and homeownership seemed like an unreachable goal. But now, she and her cat can finally lay down roots in their new Habitat home. She has overcome many challenges in her life, and has dedicated herself to working in homeless services, helping secure permanent supportive housing grants for people in need.
