Seeking to reverse past actions that have marginalized and displaced longtime residents of North and Northeast Portland, the Portland Housing Bureau has developed a preference policy that hopes to reintroduce displaced households with generational ties to the area. Applications must be submitted by May 13th.

Residents who are selected will have preference in new homeownership opportunities in affected areas of North and Northeast Portland.
