Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for an evening of fun to support Habitat’s mission. Enjoy picnic-style dinner and drinks on the beautiful lawn of the Historic Overlook House while competing in general trivia for prizes. Each event ticket helps build and repair more than 100 local homes annually from Gresham to Hillsboro. 

This event is hosted by Habitat for Humanity Portland Region’s Ambassador Council, and the trivia itself is hosted by Last Call Trivia.

Tickets
Tickets are $35 and include unlimited food and drink. Children 12 and under are free. Dogs, including service animals, are welcome but must be on a leash.

Trivia details
Teams may consist of 2-8 people. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. Hints can be purchased before the start of the event. Limit 9 hints per team. During Trivia, teams will be able to use their hint tickets for questions in the first three rounds, excluding bonus questions and the final question. 

Food and drink
Sandwiches, chips, cookies, and drinks are covered by your ticket. Drinks include soda, wine, beer, and canned cocktails. Gluten-free and vegan salads are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• This event will take place rain or shine.

• Street parking is available near the Historic Overlook House.

Raffle tickets

We are offering two exciting types of raffle opportunities as part of Trivia on the Lawn. Tickets can be purchased up to 7:30 pm during the event, and winners will be drawn at the end of the night.

Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines Dream Destination Raffle

Win two main cabin round trip ticket vouchers on Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines. Choose from destinations across North America, Central America, and Hawai’i. Raffle tickets are $50 apiece, and only 200 tickets are available. Entrants do not need to be present to win.

Curated raffle packages

Choose from any of six amazing raffle packages celebrating some of the best in the Pacific Northwest, from big-time sports to world-class wine and outdoor gear. These packages are only available to those who attend the event.  

Raffle package tickets are $5 apiece or 6 for $25. Tickets may be purchased ahead of time and during the night of the event. Entrants must be present to win and select which drawings they want to enter. 

Sponsorships make it all possible

Trivia on the Lawn sponsorships cover event costs so that every dollar raised from ticket sales goes directly to building and repairing homes across the Portland region. Last year, this event raised $23,000 to support affordable homeownership.
