Disagreements between neighbors can happen in any community. Many issues can be resolved through open, respectful communication, but sometimes an impartial third party can help.

If your concern involves an HOA rule or covenant violation, contact your HOA management company or board first. If you’re experiencing a personal conflict with a neighbor, community mediation services may be able to help.

The organizations below offer mediation and conflict resolution services for many Oregon communities. We’ll continue adding resources as we identify additional programs.
