Three Portland-area high school students have been preparing for the future by working with Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East in the office. Atiya Rauf, Caleb Spiro, and Kayla Gadd are a part of the Bank of America Student Leaders program, which partners bright young minds with organizations that can use their skills. This eight week, paid internship program offers avenues for learning for young adults with community-driven career aspirations.

As their internships wrap up, Habitat would like to thank Bank of America and the three students who have joined us for leaving their mark on our organization. Their work has been of great value to Habitat’s mission, and we’re excited to see where they go from here!
