West Lake Grove is located in the Lake Grove neighborhood of Lake Oswego. This future neighborhood will have 23 affordable homes in 6 buildings ranging from 2 to 7 homes in each building. Homes will be 3 or 4 bedrooms.

Twenty Fifth Terrace is located in the well-established Markham neighborhood of SW Portland. It has a suburban feel despite its density and proximity to downtown Portland and is close to several parks. It has easy access to Interstate 5 and Pacific Highway and is a 10-minute walk to public transit.

Habitat for Humanity is proud to be building 18 new, affordable homes in Hillsboro’s Reedville neighborhood. The neighborhood will feature 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes as well as 4 single level ADA ready homes. Century Commons will be built in two phases with 7 homes in phase 1 and 11 homes in phase 2.
King City Commons

Habitat for Humanity is excited to be partnering with West Coast Home Solutions to offer 11 affordable homes for sale in the Rockwood neighborhood. This community will feature 2-bedroom, 3-story townhomes along with a small greenspace and playground.
